2026 Hutchins Parks & Recreation Survey
Hutchins is undertaking a comprehensive study of its parks, open space, and programs to prepare a new Parks, Recreation, and Special Events Master Plan. We will be reviewing our current parks, facilities, and services and planning for future improvements. We need to hear from you!
The following survey is a key part of this process. All households in Hutchins will receive this survey, and we want to hear from everyone. It will only take about 10 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain confidential.
We have selected ETC Institute, an independent consulting company, to compile the confidential data received. Once received, the results will be presented to the Master Plan Steering Committee. For more information, James Quin, City Administrator, at jquin@cityofhutchinstx.gov.
